Gavin Francis has been very busy of late and I have a large number of pictures from Manchester, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and Stevenage areas for the next issue.
Arriva the Shires
Gavin has sent a number of pictures taken in High Wycombe.
StreetLite 2526 & 2518 on the 33 in High Wycombe on May 8th by Gavin Francis.
Citaro 3012 has just arrived off an 850 working when seen in The Eden Bus
Station on May 8th by Gavin Francis.
A now old timer, 3266 with lots of body damage and so, near the end of its life
with Arriva, is seen on a 300 working on May 8th by Gavin Francis.
An unusual bus for this route which is a MAX route but this bus is often used!!!
3512 is on a 30 working on May 8th by Gavin Francis.
3743 works the 32 on May 8th by Gavin Francis. Yet again I am questioning the
validity of route branding which must have cost factor penalty?
Indeed on May 8th, Gavin Francis noted a StreetLite working the Blue One to Chesham, when these buses are specifically branded for the 33!!
Arriva Southern Counties
The unexpected arrival of four new Van Hool coaches for the 758 route has doubtless been welcomed by the regular commuters. Details of the coaches are as follows:

Each coach is named after one of four long standing commuters as a mark of thanks for their loyalty. The names are included above.
"Tracey Finn" (9003) is seen above in this picture taken by Gavin Francis on May
2nd rounding the corner onto Elizabeth Bridge, Victoria.
Again further pictures from Gavin were taken on a visit to Hemel Hempstead and Watford which include the new E400s for use on the 320.
6523 YX17NEY on the 320 at Watford Junction on May 18th by Gavin Francis.
The revised livery is striking but personally the blue "patches" to the rear do
not flow so well.
Arriva North West (Manchester)
